Selangor announces third economic stimulus package | The Star
SHAH ALAM: Selangor Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari announced the state’s third economic stimulus package to mitigate the challenges caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
Announcing the package at the Selangor Legislative Assembly sitting on Monday (July 13), Amirudin said the package had short- and long-term economic recovery initiatives.
The total value of the economic stimulus package is RM55.85bil.
According to Amirudin, the implementation of the third phase of the economic stimulus package was aimed at creating economic resilience to rejuvenate the state’s economy following the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic.
